I offer Childbirth Classes for women and their partners in Waco and surrounding areas. These classes are distinct in that they offer more useful information and relevant tools than is offered by most classes. They are also different from other classes in that no "method" is taught, for the Birth Works philosophy is that a woman instinctivelyknows how to give birth - she only needs the confidence to do it! - Realize the importance and role of nutrition & exercise
- Learn Optimal Fetal Positioning and how to prevent a dysfunctional labor
- Experience comfort measures for pregnancy and labor
- Prepare for postpartum, breastfeeding and early parenting
- Courses vary in length according to the client's preference
